Gavin is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 25 years’ industry experience. He has a vast knowledge of structural engineering, delivering some prestigious schemes across Wales during his career. He joined Austin Partnership in August 2007, later going on to become Technical Director in 2014.
Andrew Saralis

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, having previously worked for a contractor and leading multi-disciplinary teams with an international engineering consultant. He is a strong advocate for best practice, and has successfully managed and delivered large, complex projects in multiple sectors. He joined Austin Partnership in 2020, later going on to become a Director in 2022
