Design of a new mixed-use development and public realm space within the Porthcawl harbour area. The single storey steel frame structure will have a three peaked roof and timber rafters. Several SuDS features have been incorporated into the drainage design, including a swale and attenuation tank. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this project.

Construction of a new two storey building (Y Gweithdy) along with extensions and refurbishment to the main visitor centre at St Fagans Museum in Cardiff. The multipurpose, sustainable building is regarded to be one of the most significant and innovative heritage projects in the UK. Platform Street Food is Cardiff Bay’s newest street food destination – built from shipping containers and located next to Cardiff Bay train station, this purpose-built venue offers approximately 180 covers across indoor and outdoor seating, designed to maximise both convenience and experience. The design involved the detailed coordination with below ground drainage and buried services around the station. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this project.
