Goodsheds is a mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of Barry that provides space for small businesses, retailers, bars and restaurants, along with apartments. The project involved the restoration and conversion of the former railway storage buildings, as well as introducing a shipping container village of multiple units. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this unique scheme.

Refurbishment of former Ocky White department store and construction of a new three storey extension for new commercial premises in the Haverfordwest town centre. This will include a steel frame structure, reinforced concrete floor slabs and piled foundations. We have provided the RIBA Stage 5 and 6 Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this scheme, which forms part of the Council’s regeneration scheme.

A two part development comprising of the conversion of the former Tivoli cinema building into a new multi-storey retail and restaurant development, along with the construction of a new two storey development. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this project.

Construction of new two storey technology industry hub on the site of the former steelworks. The building has numerous sustainable features, including a green roof, raingarden and photovoltaic panels. We have provided the RIBA Stage 5 and 6 Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this scheme.
