This includes eleven apartments in the newly refurbished Victorian buildings, twenty one new build apartments and townhouses. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this scheme.

This development is located alongside Atlantic Wharf and includes the construction of several mixed use residential blocks that consist of approximately 180 apartments and commercial units. The design included a reinforced concrete structure up to podium level, with lightweight construction above. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for Blocks C, D and F, as well as the temporary works design.

Redevelopment and conversion of the old passport office into sixty two flats spread over the upper six floors. The lower four floors were adapted for new retail units. Along with the structural alterations we had to develop an intelligent drainage strategy to overcome the increased demand. As part of the works a new attenuation tank was installed within the basement to offset the additional foul water flows. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this project.

Refurbishment and extension of a derelict 19th century church to provide a new apartment complex in the town centre. The front elevation required facade retention and a steel frame was utilised for the three storey extension. We provided the Civil and Structural Engineering design services for this project.
