A development of one and two bedroom apartments located in the heart of Cardiff.
The structure comprising a mixture of load bearing masonry supporting PC floors
with a steel transfer frame to the rear of the development.

Housing at Bryn Awelon, Cwmbach, Aberdare
Development of twenty-five houses and two blocks of six apartments in the
former location of semi detached council houses. The new dwellings each include
off street-parking and retaining walls with a new highway construction to allow for
easy access to each property.
Trem Y Cwm, Beddau
Development in Beddau consisting of thirty-two one bedroom and two bedroom
apartments and a range of communal facilities. The super-structure is a mixture
of timber frame, structural steelwork and masonry in construction. Project
completed in association with Trivallis and Morganstone Construction.
Springfield Court, Church Village
Springfield Court consists of sixteen one bedroom flats, twelve two bedroom
houses, eight three bedroom houses and four four bedroom houses. Each
building is timber framed with masonry outer leaf. The substructure comprises
of beam and block floors with traditional strip foundations. Our works also
comprised of Section 38 agreement highway drawings.
City Lofts, Cardiff
In conjunction with Andton Properties, Adkins and Andrew Scott, we were the
lead Civil and Structural engineers on this £5 million residential development
Conway Road, Pontcanna, Cardiff
This project was for a four-storey residential development in Pontcanna,
Cardiff for Atlantic Properties. The Architect on this project was HLN
The Cube, Cowbridge Road, Cardiff
The unusual commission involved adding two storeys to an existing two
storey building by means of load trade-off. Fifty new residential units were
constructed with a project value of £3 million.
